Individual consulting (one-on-one)

Improve your mental performance through individualized strategies in private consultations. These sessions are between only the athlete and the consulting professional, and are 100 percent confidential. Private consultations are done at a time and location agreed-upon between the consulting professional and the athlete. These meetings can also be done as Zoom meetings.


Team consulting

Increase confidence, reduce anxiety in high-pressure situations, learn teambuilding skills, and improve overall mental performance as a team. Team sessions can be done at practice or at another agreed-upon time. These can be single sessions before or during the season, or as a series in preparation for the upcoming season.
