I have learned a lot over these past six years from Aaron. I have been able to unlock certain attributes that have helped me progress through high school and now college. I have bounded so far with Aaron’s help and I don’t know if I could’ve done it with anyone else. I have gained so much more than just muscle; I have gained experience, great memories, and a really good friend. Thank you, Aaron, for all that you have done and continue to do training young athletes not just for a sport, but for life itself.
